You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the site in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other user’s experience.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vitony Bakery or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all items will be available at all times. Vitony Bakery reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the site.

6. Local Pickup and Limited Shipping

Vitony Bakery offers local pickup only for most products at our physical location in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Currently, only two products — Mallorcas (On the go) and Meriendas (On the go) — are eligible for shipping. These products will be clearly labeled on the website. Shipping is only available within Puerto Rico for eligible items.

7. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are considered final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Order cancellations may be requested by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We reserve the right to decline cancellations made after that time frame.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vitony Bakery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website or our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
