All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the site.<\/p>\n\n

6. Local Pickup and Limited Shipping<\/h2>\n

Vitony Bakery offers local pickup only<\/strong> for most products at our physical location in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Currently, only two products<\/strong> \u2014 Mallorcas (On the go) and Meriendas (On the go) \u2014 are eligible for shipping. These products will be clearly labeled on the website. Shipping is only available within Puerto Rico for eligible items.<\/p>\n\n

7. Returns and Cancellations<\/h2>\n

All sales are considered final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Order cancellations may be requested by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We reserve the right to decline cancellations made after that time frame.<\/p>\n\n

8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

Vitony Bakery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website or our products.<\/p>\n\n
